Your booking is based on the information you provide by phone or email. A confirmation email/letter outlining the services, itinerary, and terms will serve as a binding contract. Review it carefully and report any inaccuracies immediately. The company reserves the right to amend details before your approval. Ensure all details, including schedules, are accurate before confirming.
Services are only valid for the specific dates, airlines, and routes mentioned in your confirmation or flight tickets. Changes like switching airlines or adding stopovers are not allowed. Missed flights may require reissuing tickets at a potentially higher cost.
To secure your booking, a deposit of £100 per person is required. Certain trips may have higher deposit requirements. The balance is due as specified, but if unpaid, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Prices are subject to variable and seasonal pricing and may fluctuate based on demand, market conditions, and availability. Reduced pricing or discounts after payment will not apply. If you find a price you are happy with, we recommend booking promptly to secure it.
Once your deposit is paid and booking confirmed, a letter/email will outline the remaining payment details. Payment must be completed by the specified deadline, which may vary depending on the trip. Failing to pay on time can result in booking cancellation.
You must provide accurate details such as your full name (matching your passport), date of birth, passport information, and any medical conditions affecting your travel. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport, appropriate visas, and other required travel documents. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the trip duration. The company is not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documents.
All requests for changes must be submitted in writing. Changes may incur additional charges and a £50 admin fee. Ensure you submit requests promptly to avoid delays or complications.
Airlines may cancel or alter trips due to external factors like natural disasters or political issues. You may be offered an alternative travel date or refund (minus administrative fees). Refunds may take time, and any fare difference for chosen alternatives will be your responsibility.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Most cancellations result in 100% loss of the booking cost. Refundable tickets are subject to admin and cancellation fees. Partially used or charter flight tickets are non-refundable.
Changes may occur due to technical issues or valid reasons, such as airline delays or schedule adjustments. Our team will notify you of any changes before departure. However, it is also the passenger's responsibility to confirm their schedule with us 24-72 hours before departure to avoid any inconveniences.
